Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of WherLoc - Find Location, provided by independent developer Erdem Alkan.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use WherLoc only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to secretly track, stalk, harass, threaten, monitor, or locate any person without their knowledge, permission, or other lawful authority.

2. Location Accuracy

Location information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of device settings, network availability, GPS conditions, operating-system behavior, or third-party services. WherLoc should not be relied upon for emergency response or any situation where precise real-time location is critical.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, account access, permissions, and how you use or share location information. You must comply with applicable privacy, data protection, and surveillance laws.

4. App Store Purchases

If the App offers paid subscriptions or purchases, billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal are handled according to Apple's App Store rules and your Apple account settings unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, website, branding, design, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit them except where permitted by law.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or perfect location accuracy. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
