End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to WherLoc - Find Location and supplements any applicable Apple App Store terms.

1. License

Subject to this EULA, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Consent-Based Location Use

The App must only be used for lawful and consensual location sharing. You agree not to use WherLoc for covert monitoring, stalking, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or any use that violates privacy or data protection laws.

4. Maintenance and Support

Erdem Alkan is responsible for maintenance and support of the App as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for WherLoc.

5. Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by its policies.

6. Product Claims

To the extent required by applicable law, Erdem Alkan, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory conformity, and consumer protection claims.

7. Intellectual Property Claims

If a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, responsibility for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge will rest with the developer to the extent required by law and applicable App Store terms.

8. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.
