Before contacting support

  • Make sure Location Services are enabled for WherLoc in iOS Settings.
  • Check that the person sharing a location has knowingly granted the required permissions.
  • Confirm that your internet connection is active.
  • For subscription or billing questions, include the general issue but never send your Apple ID password or payment-card details.

Safety and Privacy

WherLoc is intended for consensual location sharing. Do not use the App to track or monitor someone without their knowledge and lawful permission.
