This Privacy Policy explains how WherLoc - Find Location ("WherLoc", "we", "our", or "the App"), developed independently by Erdem Alkan, handles information when you use the App.

WherLoc may request access to device location features when required to provide location-sharing functionality. Location access is subject to your device permissions and should only be used in connection with people who have knowingly agreed to share or receive location information.

You control whether location permissions are granted through iOS settings. You may change or revoke those permissions at any time. WherLoc is not intended for covert tracking, surveillance, or accessing another person's location without their knowledge and consent.

Depending on the features you use, the App may process device information, app diagnostics, support communications, and location-related data necessary to provide requested functionality. We aim to limit processing to what is reasonably necessary for app operation, security, support, and improvement.

The App may rely on Apple platform services and other service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, maps, or similar infrastructure. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and applicable platform requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or service operation.

WherLoc is not intended to be used to track children or any other person without appropriate authorization and consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use where minors are involved.
